fertility lifelines...

anyone hear of this? Someone mentioned it on a different PCOS/IF board so I went on the website and signed up. I got a really nice packet in the mail with information on gonal-f and some other info... but it also had a paper called "patient reimbursement enrollment form" that you fill out and they look into your IF benefits for you from your health insurance plan. If anyone's interested- it was free to sign up and I will definitely be reading most of it since I'm sick and in bed anyway... it also has some pharmacy information as well as prices for different IF meds if you don't have insurance thru different mail order pharmacies...
And a glossary of terms, the fertility workup (what happens during male and female exams, etc...), suggested questions to ask your OB/GYN or primary care physician, suggested questions to ask your RE or IVF center, and understanding insurance coverage... ooh and a nifty little membership card, though I don't know what to do with it... but the best part is a booklet titled 'understanding fertility- a guide for couples having difficulty conceiving".

I signed up for it also. I didn't use the insurance part because I already knew that my insurance covered IVF but the pamphlet was very helpful. I would suggest for everyone suffering from IF to sign up for it.

Sounds alot like the information that's on my RE's website and all the material they gave us at our first consultation. It was very informative information
