Just started vitamins, DD is 22 months old, she's a bad picky eater. Get 1/2 flinstones
My doc doens't rec or prescribe vitamins unless diet is lacking.

Her doctor gave us a prescription at 6 months for vitamins. If your doctor doesn't gtell you to give them to her, I wouldn't worry about it yet.

We started around 7 months too. I put it in her fruit every day, although she didn't mind the taste of them on their own either, it's just easier to mix it in instead of prying her mouth open

I don't give them to DD because of the fluoride. I do give DS flinstones chewables though.

ped. put her on them at 6 mths. we switched to the chewables at 13 mths.

Marron was started on them at about 3 months. I was told that b/c I was BFing she needed them (b/c vitamin D doesn't pass into breast milk). She has continued on them since then. She never minded the taste of the liquid ones. She's on chewables now, and it is like her bedtime candy.

My ped told me to start at 2 months to get the vit D.

Thanks, I am not looking to put DD on them. But I know some doctors prescribe them. I didn't know it was common. Never realized babies could take vitamins.
