About how long
Ok, I have done IVF before but believe it or not I have never tested before. I always held out. I am mess. I want to test but I am wondering is how long does the HCG stay in the body. I know everyone is different but I had that last tuesday! Any advise would be great.

HCG generally lasts 10 days so you can start testing any time after that. GL!

It depends on how much hcg you took. Rule of thumb 1 day per 1000 units of hcg. so if you took 10,000 units of hcg then you need to wait 10 days. when I did IVF I took 5,000 units of hcg so technically it should be out in 5 days. I tested 8dp3dt and got a BFP. good luck!
