I don't deal with them personally but haven't heard too many good things with their CC or banking

WORST... BANK... EVER...
Go away fast. NEVER get a credit card with them (they pull all three agencies instead of the typical one agency).
Don't give these people your money. They should stick to what they seem to do best, and that's commercials because they obviously **** at banking.

HATE THEM! They "forgot" to send me an email bill reminder the month I actually had activity on the card and I didn't find out about it until they finally called me three months later to find out why I didn't pay my bill. I only had this card for emergencies and I didn't realize it had a yearly fee. I had no idea I had a bill to pay.
Needless to say, my perfect credit I worked so hard to maintain (850 score) dropped to 760. Still good but grrrrrr.... I would have paid the bill if I knew about it.
