Funny thing is, this happened to me and we kind of just laughed off the silliness..now we keep in touch on myspace etc. We are different people than we were at 16 or 17.

I ran into one...she was the "queen" of the school back in the day; thought her $hit didn't stink, etc. She was waitressing at some local diner. Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with waitressing, but this was the loftiest of loftiest chicks; called all the peons losers, etc. It felt REALLY good to brag to her about my house, career, etc. while she served me coffee

I don't think I had any. I was close with a bunch, but as we grew older, got married and had kids, we drifted apart. I wouldn't call them my enemies though.

I haven't run into anyone in a long time but it wouldn't matter, I would be fine with it. Nothing was so bad that 15 years was enough time to cure.

No real enemies but, definitely people I didn't like. I haven't seen any of them, although I wouldn't care either way.

My ten year reunion was really interesting, everyone was pretty much doing what I expected they would be doing. I didn't bother going to my 20 year reunion. All the people I care about I am in contact with.

I ran into this nasty dude who used to torture me in Middle School (and other girls - he set one girl's hair on fire in lab) - and he looked god awful. He looked like he hadn't seen the sun in a lifetime. I know he wouldn't remember me, but I definitely was thinking that Karma is a ******!

I really didn't have any "enemies". Although I had a different situation than most.. I grew up in one school... Were I was a cheerleader etc.... Then in my senior year my father moved us and I went to a totally different high school just for one year... There I tried out for the squad ( cheerleading) made it but because I was at a different level at my old school ie; competing and stuff , most of the girls on the new squad hated me because the coach put me on a pedestal... I haven't really run into anyone since then .. But if I do I'm sure it would be fine ... I actually miss alot of my friends that I drifted apart from....

I don't think I had too many enemies, although there were a select few people I didn't care for and vice versa. If I saw them today, I don't think I'd treat them anu differently from any other person I hadn't seen in a while. Holding a grudge from HS (especially at my age) seems silly.

I think my 10 yr reunion reflected that sentiment. Everyone mingled and tried to catch up. By the end of the night, we landed in our "appropriate cliques", but all in all it was a good night.

I didn't have enemies, but there were a couple of girls who told me that I'd never be a success b/c I wasn't in National Honor Society in high school. It felt pretty good when I bumped into one of them in the office cafeteria and she was an admin getting lunch for her boss and I had advanced pretty quickly in my career and had my own assistant.

Petty yes, but it made me feel good about myself.

had to add...my personal favorite is seeing guys that were not nice to be in HS and they also pretend we were best buddies

I haven't seen anyone in a long, long time (I graduated in 89). But, I really didn't have any enemies or issues with anyone.

I didn't have any real enemies. There were some people I didn't like. I haven't seen many from high school, since it wasn't a town high school. If I did see people I didn't like back then, I would probably just say hi and keep going.

The best has got to be the friends you were BFF with in HS that you havent seen in years.......

You run into them one day, make eye contact & they pretend they dont know who the hell you are.... I love it. They stare right at you and turn their face.

I am a lover not a fighter I didn't have any enemies and would never intentionally brush anyone off.
