We told our parents the day after we found out and told our siblings about 4 days later, after my doctors appointment. I was about 4 weeks. Then we told close extended family at around 6-7 weeks. I am 12w5d and we are just now getting to telling friends.

We told our parents right away after we got the BFP. Then we slowly started to tell others -family and friends after 9 weeks.

We told the parents at 8 weeks, after our first sonogram. We told friends and extended family after 12 weeks.

We told my parents at about 5 weeks.
We told DH's brother and SIL this past weekend at 8 weeks.
Will tell the rest of my family at 10 weeks and then the rest of his after the 12 week mark.
Oh, and we told the waiter at the restaurant we had our anniversary dinner at last week as well!  We had to do some substitutions!
