Lilly Update!!!
IT WAS PLASTIC!!!!!!
Came home this afternoon to find a nice poop in the crate with a HUGE piece of plastic in it. Brought her (and IT) to the vet -agreed by everyone that this was causing her the discomfort. She's back to eating and acting normally - had 2 nice solid poops since we came home - normal color and everything. They did do a blood sample to just get a baseline for the future.
I can sleep well tonight. Thank you all for listening and putting up with me. Just think of how it's going to be when I have an actual HUMAN child! LOL 
(just for laughs I should mention that my basement is flooded and Rick is gone until Friday  )

Awwww I'm glad she's ok, but as others have said, OUCH!!! That had to have hurt comin' out.
Poor baby, but maybe it will teach her to stick to eating doggy food only??

It was from the underside of the chairs in our dining room.
We had noticed that she had been nipping at the plastic under there, but didn't think she actually *ate* anything!
