Re: Are you eating healthy?
I try but I have my moments, like last night when I substituted dinner for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich followed by chips and dip. I felt guilty, so I ate carrots with my dip for some nutrients.
For the most part, I try to have fruits and veggies every day, but sometimes that fruit is sweetened cereal like Apple Jacks!

Re: Are you eating healthy?
well i am trying too. I try to eat a lot of fruits. I am starting to feel very nauseous so i eat light things like soups or small sandwiches. But i have cut back on the cakes b/c i have such a sweet tooth.

Re: Are you eating healthy?
I'm probably not eating as healthy as I should be. I have been drinking a lot more water and I've been eating a lot more fruits, but I should be eating a lot more veggies.
I have cut out soda and drastically reduced my caffiene intake.
I eat a lot of chicken, meat and pasta.

Re: Are you eating healthy?
No, I'm the worst! My first tri I had food aversions and MS and the only thing I could hold down was McDonalds.
Then, my 2nd Tri, I was hungry ALL the time so I ate. ALOT. feeling like I was making up for my first tri.
And now I eat things that I never would have ate normally because it was too fattening. Like ice cream (for the calcium, of course )
and I've always had a terrible sweet tooth, but now people in my office literally walk by every day and leave "snacks for the baby" on my desk.
BUT, i have cut out most caffeine (used to be an addict) and alcohol. does that count for anything?
