does anyone else...
(especially those in their first trimester)
feel like every time they hit a new week it's like a new milestone!
i am 7 weeks today and i have known i was PG since 3W2D so i am always waiting for the "other shoe" to drop, so to speak... i think i'll feel better once i get the sono next thursday.

Those "milestones" never go away. I will be at 31 weeks tomorrow and every time I enter a new week I feel relieved.

I wish the milestones would come quicker! I found out on Saturday and I already feel like I've been PG forever!  It's gonna be a LOOOOOONG 9 months! 
But there's nothing to do now but wait! When we were TTC I felt so proactive...
