Xmas present for my DH...
Can anyone help me with suggestions on my DH's xmas gift? I can't spend a lot. He's already getting himself the Xbox 360 for a bday/xmas gift. Most of you know that we've been through A LOT these past 2 years and things are just starting to get better for us. I wanted to get him something that he would appreciate and mean something to him. I just wanted him to know how much I really love him and how much he means to me. I'm really clueless, so I thought I'd ask you guys. Thanks so much!

Okay, I was going to put that last year I got my DH BOSE speakers for his surround sound system but then I re-read what you wrote and you said you can't spend too much.
What are his hobbies/interests?

We've decided not to exchange gifts this year. We didn't last year either because we weren't even home for xmas and we pretty much buy something if we want it during the year. I usually buy my DH a really nice card and put a nice letter in it to him about things going on in our life at the time. Since you have both been through a lot what about just writing how much you appreciate him and how glad you are that you are together.

It will be called Daddy's Little Girl and will have mostly pics of him and Sidney with cute little captions.

That's a great idea. I think I'll do that for father's day since we'll have lots more daddy and baby pictures then.

I think if you could tell us a little more about his hobbies or intersts, we can help a little more
If worse comes to worse.. you could always cook him his favorite meal and play that up.. Men feel that knowing what you said, how proud and grateful, etc, is more special -most of the time- than gifts.. They need that ego infaltion.. especially when times are or are just coming out of being rough..
