Re: Do you pump?

Almost always, except if a Citgo is around & they do it for me...not a big deal though

Re: Do you pump?

DW and I both pump. I've seen too many attendants spill gas all over the car, overfill the tank, let the gas cap bang against the car, lean against the car, etc. The damage they do to cars isn't worth the "convenience". Plus, it always takes longer, and you have to give your CC to a stranger, and they usually leave your sight, go back into the station to scan the card (and possibly your signature and CID on the back).....

No thanks, I'll do it myself.... External Image

I'm in East Northport so it's all full serve! I actually got gas in West Babylon over the weekend and had to pump my own! HAted it but it was 6cents cheaper than by me.

I do. But I didn't until I was about 22 and was out on my own.

I have no choice...there is literally no such thing as a full service station where I live. Its all pump yourself, all the time!

Our town is Full-Service.

I used to prefer to pump my own, but with the Excursion, I now prefer full-service since it can take 15+ minutes to fill up. Chat Icon
