Switching OBs
For those of you who have switched docs, do you just call the old office and ask them to send the records to the new office? I know there will be a charge for it, but do I have to go there or can it be done over the phone.

I think is depends. When I switched(a long time ago) I had a big fat file and had to go pick it up. It was way too much to fax. I did pay per page.
