What should I do

I do the admixture for IV's, Chemo's and TPN's every single day at work. I wanted to tell my boss today that I can longer do Chemo's because I was TTC. But the catch is that I just started working at this current hospital three months ago. Do you guys think I should still tell him or not? I called out sick two days ago because I was schedule to do the chemo's that day. The hood that we work under now is suppose to be on of the safest but everyone that is expecting no longer make chemo's

What should I do?

I think in a situation like this, you need to be honest with your boss. If your work is going to infringe on your ability to get pregnant, then you should say something. I know you said you've only been there for about 3 months, but oh well. They can't do anything about it because of the law. you will be there for about a year before you'd need to take leave anyway. That is only if you got pregnant this month, but who knows when that will happen. So, I say just be honest and let them know.
