Is anyone else spending $$$$$$$$ on gas?!
OMG! I cannot believe how much we're speding on gas lately. DH has a pretty long commute to work and his car requires PREMIUM gas

I only fill up my car like every 2 weeks (drive a Sentra and only have a 3 mile commute), but I couldn't believe how high the gas prices are again!!! Makes the pruis look even more attractive

I usually go to MSN & map out the cheapest places for gas because it infuriates me.

that's one of the advantages of having a newborn, I haven't left the house in days, so I can go 2 weeks without needing gas  .

I watch for the cheapest places and since my truck is made to run on 87, I find it's about the same.
Plus, I've been trying to be more frugal of my driving.

that's one of the reasons we got a nwe Camry over some of the other cars since it takes 87 and is vey fuel efficient.
Our second car is a truck and I can't wait to get rid of it.

Wow! I thought our FJ Cruiser was $$$ to fill - it cost me $49 the other day and the tank was almost empty!

nope! its one of the reasons we bought ILs house from them this summer... its closer to both our jobs than our old house was... i now have like a 1 mile commute, and DH only has about a 5 mile commute. its not my "dream" house, but things like this make it worth it! we each only fill up like every 2 weeks now!
its also one of the reasons i got the RAV 4 when i was looking at new cars... its REALLY good on gas for an SUV...

Gas is $3.35 - $3.45 near me It cost me more than $70 to full the tank on my Envoy...
Just think of the gas money DH spends running the dealership

Consider yourself lucky you don't live in the UK. I have a ford focus and it costs me $90 to fill up every two weeks.

$40 to fill the altima and about $55-60 on the cx-7. lasts us about 1 1/2 weeks though so its not that bad. but still!!!!!!!

Costs me about $35 to fill my car (Honda Accord) Costs DH between $55 - $60 to fill his (Toyota 4 runner)
Gas here is anywhere between $3.17 - $3.19 a gallon
