My spoiled SIL....
Ok- I love my SIL. She's a 16 year old full of energy and life but she's one HUGE spoiled brat. My FIL has never denied her anything she has ever wanted. This has lead to continued "snotty tantrums" when she doesn't get her way. Frankly, I'm sick of it.
Now, we've all been in that lovely stage of adolescence before. I know it's tough but sometimes you don't always get what you want. This kid doesn't realize this..
Her christmas " list " is 2 pages long. And she tells DH what she "expects" him to buy.- 4 Nintendo Wii games and 2 pairs of Seven jeans... Excuse me??? Uhh, no.
What is with these young kids today?!?!?!?!?! There goes the "Christ" part right out the window.

This is the first year that she is working and she will NOT spend her $$. She thinks that if she's with her daddy, she should spend HIS money. Whenever they come to visit us, she thinks it's a vacation and it's all "Daaaaaaaaddy, I LOOOOOOVEEEEE this..." I refuse to go into a mall with her. She is ridiculous!!

Re: My spoiled SIL....
Are you kidding me? If that was me I would tell her- Listen kiddo I am 31 years old and I don’t even own a pair of 7 jeans. So if you think my DH is going to be buying you TWO pairs for Christmas you have another think coming. If he’s buying ANYONE those jeans it would be me….

Yeah, but my parents never bought me everything I've asked for, I never told my brother what I expected him to get me for Christmas, and I sure as hell didn't throw snotty tantrums. I guarantee you THAT would have only happened once in my family.
The OP suggested that the girl gets everything she wants, so she basically demands it. I may have asked for stuff, but I never demanded or expected it. I think there's a difference.
