i have a secret (wheaton terrier related)
ok so many of you know that months ago Anthony and i decided to become foster parents
well after careful consideration and Anthony telling me that im wasting the time of people that set up foster parents bc knowing us we'll keep the first dog we'd foster....we figured to just go ahead and adopt
we just put in an application for this fella
i looooooooooove him especially bc he's not "perfect". He's perfect for me
might have leg amputated
Hobbes is a 4 month old purebred male
Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
Hobbes was removed from his home
when his owner was taken to rehab - it
was quickly discovered that the puppy
had a very bad break in his front leg.
Hobbes leg has been repaired and now
it is a waiting game to see if his leg will
grow normally and if he will be able to
use it. If it does not heal and become a
usable limb it will have to be amputated
but we are hopeful that will not happen.
If you are interested in Hobbes it is
important that you list "Hobbes 2" on
your application as we have more than
one Hobbes in rescue at this time.
Hobbes will be neutered and be
brought up to date on shots prior to
adoption. He is currently located near
Belvidere, IL

Poor little baby!!!! SOOOO Beautiful!!
I hope you are chosen for him! You would make great parents for him.
If his leg does not heal, he will adjust if it needs to be removed. My friends adopted a dog that had one front leg removed. She does JUST fine running around, going up and down stairs, etc.
Please keep us posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never saw a Wheaten Puppy. ADORABLE!!!!
