No, it looks like you're ovulating somewhere between CD12, 13, 14 and 15.
Do you take your temps at the exact same time everyday?

it's definitely hard to say b/c the only temp spike you had during EWCM was the day you took your temp 3 hours later and then the high temps didn't last. is this the first month you did not notice the temp increase? for me, 2 months ago i got EWCM but never got a temp rise at all so i didn't think i ovulated that month. but the next month, everything was back to normal. i think sometimes that just happens.

How long are your cycles? Looking at your chart I would say you haven't ovulated yet. But that doesn't mean you're not going to...some women just O late in their cycle.
It's hard to tell b/c temps were taken at different times. I read that every 15 minutes could translate into a .1 temperature difference...that's a lot!

I am no chart master, so i can not say
if you go to fertilityfriend.com and search the chart gallery they have a search feature for anovulatory charts - you can compare your chart to them.
do you use OPK's? then you should know around what time you should start to notice a temp rise...
FYI: your cycle may not regulate for a couple of months - my 1st month off BCP was 40 days - last two months have been 28/29.

I just checked your chart and I don't think you've O'd yet. However, your cp is high and soft and that is very fertile! Even with no EWCM, you may be getting ready to ovulate, so I would keep bd'ing if I were you!

I would say that you have not ovulated yet based on your temps. I had a cycle that looked like that once and it turned out that I ovulated about a week before AF. Are you taking your temp at the exact same time everyday?

there were a few times earlier on in my cycle that i took my temp later but its been 2 weeks now that i have taken it at 550 every morning

You definitely haven't ovulated...If this is a regular thing for you, I would take a copy of your chart to your OB/GYN and see what they think you should do.
Probably they will give you Clomid to make you ovulate.
Do you get AF regularly?

prior to being on bcp i did not get AF regularly due to my hypothyroidism
i had blood work done today for PCOS so i will get results next week
