it takes 2 seconds
When they are older, I completely agree but with a newborn, there ain't no way I'm going outside with a poppy diaper in the middle of the night!
ETA: Aquaphor..A lot of peds recommend this for the babies skin since it's so dry when they are first born. You aren't suppose to use any lotions with perfumes or color because their new skin is so sensitive.
