Kitchen Nightmares.....

I was there twice last year.
Once for dinner, and once for a bridal shower. And the people that had the bridal shower love the place & also had their rehearsal dinner there.
I'm a little surprised to see it on this show--although the time I went for dinner it was pretty empty for a Friday night.

I no longer eat out at any restaurant because of this show 
But I will do Chinese food. I think I'll rather have my garlic stomped with a boot

You know - I am kinda turned off from restaurants now  
I worked in many different restaurants in the past and I have never seen what I see on this show

When the mixing bowl was on, they didnt say one bad thing about the cleanliness of the kitchen, it was mostly about the manager and the lack of customers.
I remember when gordon ate the crabcake he said he was shocked to find something so fresh in a place that wasnt so busy

I worked in many different restaurants in the past and I have never seen what I see on this show
I KNOW!!! I used to work at Bertuccis and while I loooved the staff, I also really appreciated the open kitchen idea. Def. the best restaurant I worked for.

I thought the restaurant was gorgeous....def. my type of place.... transforming it into a steak house was a great idea........I hope it works.... I was hoping they would make the chef dress more appropriately....it bothered me that he cooked in street clothes.....
