Just a note for my sinus surgery they put in the packing. It was a bit uncomfortable pulling it out because it felt like they were ripping out my brain. It wasn't anything I would say was horrible. I think you should see an ENT just to make sure it's nothing serious. If I wouldn't have asked for a referral then my primary care would still be giving me antibiotics every few months. Definitely try the NeilMed sinus rinse. I used to get HORRIBLE sinus infections. I mean 3-4 antibiotics, turns into penumonia, almost in the hospital horrible. My ENT suggested the Sinus Rinse and it has helped my allergies and no more sinus infections! When I had a sinus infection it defintiely helped it go away faster. it's the best $13 I have EVER spent. There are no side effects.

I use the SinusRinse which is similar to the netiPot, but it's a squeeze bottle, so there's more water pressure. i feel this cleans better and it's what my doctor reccomends.
