Is this tacky
We have a wedding tomorrow afternoon at Sunken Meadow Beach. My arthritis is so bad my feet are swollen, and I can't fit into any shoes. Would it be tacky to wear fancy flip flops?

I agree. I think you'll be fine. Better flip flops than orthopedic brace.

plus, after an hour or so of dancing, most people let go of the rules of fashion and choose comfort anyway!

I wore heels to the last wedding for like the cocktail hour and then switched straight to flip-flops...no one cares
