He seems to have cleaned himself up. Hopefully they can build a relationship.

Fake or not, she is lucky to have a father to hug. That is the only envy I have of her. I hope to G-d they both stay clean and can learn to genuinely love each other.

I hope for her case that's true, but the skeptic in me says that he is just going to use her to promote his Christian rehab camp or whatever it is that he's building with Steven Baldwin.

having a father to hug doesn't necessarily make you lucky, if they are exploiting you/you exploiting them.
having memories of a wonderful father is so much better, even if you can no longer hold them.
