Looking for someone to appraise estate jewelry
Hi. My grandparents both passed away in the last 18 months  My grandmother (last surviving) passed away in May so we're in the process of cleaning out the home that my grandparent's shared for 52 years!! Both grandparents had lots of jewelry, most pieces are sentimental and will stay in our family no matter what the value. I would like to have everything appraised in any case. Can anyone recommend an appraiser who specializes in estate jewelry???

H.L. Gross Jewelers in garden city on Franklin Ave use to when I worked there.... they also have a consignment section....

Our jewler is great and is fourth generation in dealing with estate jewlery. He's got a small town shop and is very honest and trusting.
