Congrats Bari! Chat Icon Well there is a lot of waiting, postponing and aggrevation sometimes, but some closings go well. Just don't expect to much and then when it all runs smooth, you will be happy. I'm sure everything will go fine. Are you waiting on them to get any CO's? If your not, then the closing process should go pretty easy! GL and I can't wait to see pics. Chat Icon

My Lawyer is ordering the title today, so I guess we will see about CO's once she gets that. They did however supply her with copies already on the items she did ask for.

GL with the title seach. When ours came back we found out that they were in bankruptcy. Chat Icon

We almost ran for the hills. But they turned everything around for them and they sold their house. Even if they have to get CO's, they can always hire someone to get them faster, it will just cost them some money to make it happen. Chat Icon
