I am also pretty conservative when it comes to all that stuff.... i guess i feel that you don't mess around with God and nature. I understand why people do surrogates and IVF and other things to make a baby.... but I am not sure i would do it if I had to. I feel like if I couldn't conceive or someone else coulldn't conceive, then maybe there would be other ways around it... like adoption, for one. i would do that before trying to take over God's plan. i don't think I would be comfortable being only an "oven". How do you tell a kid, "Well, you're part of Daddy's sperm and maybe Mommy's egg, but you grew in Aunt Karen for 9 months..."

This, above, is why I responded the way I did. It's pretty clear you not only think it for yourself but for "someone else"
ETA: I don't come on at night but feltg the need to respond--not trying to start drama
