Blood Diamonds
So DH and I just watched this movie... It was sooooo intense!
Its def a good movie to watch for anyone who hasn't seen it... but its really sad that this is still going on in our world today.

i LOVED this movie! leo did an awesome job and it really moved me. it was heartbreaking to see that this goes on in places around the world. we live such sheltered lives here that we forget that people in other countries have it far worse....i will always check now to see if a diamond is conflict free!

Great movie.
I found the Blood Diamond story line fascinating; the love story utterly ridiculous & unnecessary.

I agree - great movie! DH and I watched The Constant Gardener last night too - it highlighted other issues occurring in Africa as well.
