I never know what I want for my birthdays.
Maybe a day of beauty for yourself. A facial, massage and mani/pedi. It would be nice and you would have sometime to yourself to unwind and enjoy yourself.

TRIP! I still have four years, but I already decided I want a fun trip. It will also be the year of our 5th wedding anniversary, so I feel like a trip is a must (maybe Bora Bora!  or Italy/Greek cruise)

What's the budget? For DH's birthday we didn't do anything  and just met up with friends at a bar. He had a great time though. For my bday I hope to have a party inviting all my friends, but if we have a house and money's tight I would be content with a nice card from DH and a nice dinner.

Apparently, since I had a vaginal birth, a new vagina! But that will have to wait for my 40th as 30 has been and gone!

I'm turning 30 next month too and I wanted to go to Vegas!!!!
BUT...we are going to Punta Cana this month so it would be a bit much to go to Vegas also next month. And NO, the Punta Cana vacation doesn't count as my 30th b-day present!! 
I'm thinking either a mini getaway to FL with my cousins & friends or a party (low on the list), or a maybe even just a weekend in the city with DH.
I don't know yet but I have to do something GOOD to celebrate otherwise I'm going to be sooooo depressed.
