I got pulled over for talking on my cell... hello-I wasn't on my cell! I was talking to my daughter in her car seat who was in the back seat.... and I did have my hands up to my ear-yeah, my AC is not working due to an accident last summer and needs to be fixed for the third time! My hair needs to be held behind my ear so I usually have it there when the windows are rolled down. I was on speaker phone about 20 minutes before, but at no time did I ever have the phone on my ear, it was on my big fat pregnant stomach and it remained there the whole time....

I gave the guy my PBA card and he let me go as a courtesy. COURTESY? GET GLASSES!

Yes, I am really bad when it comes to talking on the phone at night-I will admit it. BUT I WAS NOT ON THE PHONE THIS TIME!!!! JERK! I come from a family of cops, and this is the first idiot I have ever encountered. Granted, I never really speed or do anything to get pulled over, but seriously...he needed glasses.
