A co-worker is selling her house in Wantagh
I am not to familiar with Wantagh, but it is a very nice house. I think that the price is very reasonable.

Looks like a good first house. It has all the right stuff. I will sell fast I'm sure. It's priced right even though the taxes are a bit high.

I was thinking of doing that too- its much mroe sanitary. Ive never really seen it done though.
Looking at the outside, i thought it looked just 'ok'.. but the inside is Very nice!

I keep a roll of paper towels in our 1/2 bath for people to wash their hands ever since the babies were born.

My mom does that...she thinks it gross that different people are drying their hands on the same handtowel, so she put the paper towels in the bathroom.

right. they sell decorative PAPER hand towels at party stores to coordinate with your theme too they are folded neatly flat. Its so much better than trying to dry your hands on a wet hand towel . I have had that many times when washing my hands at someones house, the towel is always so wet!

The house is the ranch style levitt home that is why the stairs are in the dining room. Most of the ones I have seen have that wall knocked down and put the dining room on the other side of the stairs and made th dining room in this house the living room. The room on the other side of hte stairs use to be the master bedroom and in this house it still might be.
Nice house on the inside. Needs a little curb appeal but it will sell and fast.

My aunt lives in the D section- I love the neighborhood and the house is very nice on the inside. A lot of people use that back room in the Levitt ranches for dining rooms if there's another room that can be a LR.
