when to take prenatal vitamins??

Ok so for the past 3/4 days i've started having all day sickness .. today I actually threw up 3 times. I saw somewhere on this website that taking prenatal vit. at night right before going to bed helped with the nausua. My question is does it cause you to be nausuas while you are sleeping just as it does for me during the day. Any suggestions on how to stop the nausua cause I don't know how much more of it I can take. Is it better to take the vit. right before bed then in the morning and if so should I take food with it or nothing. Sorry for all the questions but I just feel soooo sick.

Im sorry you aren't feeling well!! I switched to taking mine at night and the nausea seems to be a bit better. good luck

Absolutely take the vitamin before you go to bed at night. When I was taking it during the day, it made me disgustingly sick, but it did not really effect me at night. Honestly, being told to take it at night was the best advice I received while pregnant.

I recently switched and now take mine at night. I never got nauseous from it, but just felt like CRAP after I ate. Now I feel fine.

take them at night, right before your going to sleep. that was some of the best advice my obgyn gave me.

I take it night too. It does help with the nausea. Hope u feel better soon!
