My elbow
reaaaallllly hurts. At first I just thought that I was putting pressure on it funny while working at my desk over the past few days, which happens to me sometime.
Now it just plain hurts all the time. It's not swollen or black and blue or anything. I have no idea what I could have done as it's not a muscle to pull at the gym or anything...
Should I just wait it out and see if I need to see a doc? I can deal with the pain-- but it's just totally annoying, I can't rest my arm on anything cause it hurts too much.

Re: My elbow
If it hurts so much you can't lean on it, I would get it checked. Could be a pinched nerve or something.

Re: My elbow
sounds like some tendonitis. Have you tried not to lean on it and taking some advil?
That's so annoying!

Re: My elbow
I had that happen to me before. I went to see a doc. and he said it was a bruised nerve...lol. Sounds weird but he suggested that I go to a local drug store and get one of those ACE braces to wear for a while. It went away after about two weeks with the brace. I only really wore it at work.

I try not to lean on it-- but I cannot help it when at my desk working.
I have not taken anything for it yet. I will try that- but in reality, it mostly bothers me at work due to what I am physically doing.
Tendonitis is like tennis elbow, right?? I guess it could be gym inflicted-- just from doing weights.
