Help Me Choose
We have a small bedroom (8x11) that we have a white daybed for.
I'm torn between the following two bedding sets. Moreso, because I have NO clue what color I want the room to be. So I'll go w/ the majority on this one. You tell me which set you like and what color you would paint the room.

I would do the first b/c I think you could paint the room pretty much any color you wanted and it would match.

Love toile and both are really nice...I vote for #2. I would paint the room a soft, buttery yellow and go for a French Provincial feel/look.

Exactly!!! Or you can paint the room in off-white more like an Ivory color or Linen.

ITA - I love blue with b&w.
Tough decision to make...can you order both patterns and see which you love more in person? Then go from there?

I'm with Laurie's suggestions, although I do prefer #2. I believe that's because my parents believed in one color and everything else white. There was no color matching.
Pinkish Red + Yellow sounds nice. I use that color combo in gardening all the time.

definitely the b&w. a bit dramatic but i love the look of the b&w toile w/ the red.

I think the red looks "neater" and the bed skirt isn't as bold.
The pic I posted of the black&white doesn't really do it justice though, that's my fault.

regardless of toile color, definetly a solid skirt and solid lamp or chandelier shades in the same color.
