Looks like something from Glenna Jean. But it may be a discontinued one... it looks familiar, like it was one I was looking for but couldn't find.

It's Glenna Jean Cottage Rose-- check out my album. The set for 2007 is much different now. I don't think it's as nice. They have it on display in BBB. You may be able to find the old set online though...
