yes, because i feel so drained and tired, and she usually brings her annoying friend, MIGRAINE.

Re: I don't want to use her as an excuse
Since I turned thirty (UGH, I'll be 35 in a week ) I get absolutely exhausted, reallly exhausted, a day or two before AF is due to arrive.
I NEVER got PMS at all before 30 or 31... now I have a day where I can be really irritable/moody and then the "fat days" kick in and two days later really exhausted. Normally, I'm a neat freak and those days I sooooo don't care if things are not perfect.

Re: I don't want to use her as an excuse
lazy yes! I also use AF for an excuse for eating like a beast, being a snot to DH, not wanting to go anywhere, and wanting to strangle IL's...

Re: I don't want to use her as an excuse
Once I got into my 30s I started to get terrible fatigue on the first two days. I can barely keep my head up once I get home.

Re: I don't want to use her as an excuse
when I have AF, there is no reason not to eat a bag of peanut M&Ms AND some doritos at the same time Oh and to be grouchy and fall asleep at 8:30pm.
