I'm not sure I'd say they were "greatest achievements" but two things that gave me great pleasure and satisfaction were:
Having a pair of earrings I designed and made used on the full color cover of WWD's Accessory issue.
Seeing the paragraph in a newsletter from Catholic Services that highlighted a conversation between the director and a young boy in their care. My volunteer group coordinated activities with the group and this conversation showed just how much of a positive impact our efforts had on these young children's lives.

Five years ago, the experts (doctors) told me my disabled son would never walk or talk. Today he walks and talks ... with difficulty and assistance ... but he does it. I never gave up when others did. This is my greatest achievement in life.

my kids!!!!!!
I have a few degrees and post masters schooling, but when it comes down to it, my kids take the cake, aling with my marriage which is VERY strong and stable
oops, realized you asked for accomplishments OTHER than kids, marriage, etc, so I would have to say my degrees and post master training

I would have to say becoming an NYS E.M.T right out of High School.
It is something that I had wanted to do since I was really young and It was the greatest experience of my life. I decided to leave the field a few months after 9/11 but I don't regret it one bit.
Ditto - I turned 17 two weeks before I took my EMT test and 9 months later I became an AEMT (EMT-CC/Paramedic).
The 6 years I was an active crew chief, driver, committee chairperson and Board of Directors Trustee at my volunteer ambulance corps were the best and worst of my life. I saw and experienced some terrible things, but I also know I made a huge difference in people's lives and their loved ones.
Being voted the youngest "Lifetime Member" of the corps was pretty cool too - at 23 years old. I still kind of miss it.

attaining my career goal.
i decided what i wanted to do at age 14 and when i was 27 i finished school and am working in my goal career.
Same here!! I decided at 14 what I wanted to be & by the time I was 23 I was full time in my field!!!
Plus learning to ride a motorcycle!
