His appointment really needs to be reviewed. This is a complete abuse of the judicial system.
I feel horrible that these people have to spend so much money to defend themselves. I'm not sure if they're able to, but I hope they can file for attorneys' fees.

As an attorney, I'm appalled.
How the couple's lawyer has not gotten this lawsuit dismissed yet is BEYOND me.
I hope they move for (1) attorneys' fees, (2) sanctions, an d (3) discipline by the bar in which the plaintiff is admitted. That man is making a mockery out of the legal system. (As if it was not bad enough already)

Nice! I fell on the stairs in my office building last week and may have torn my rotator cuff (along with being all kinds of banged up) and lawyer says I have no case against the property mgmt.
Several years ago a box fell on my head at Home Depot and same thing, lawyer was blah blah blah need more evidence (um, my concussion wasn't enough???).
Oh, sorry, tangent rant over!!

This guy doesn't have anything better than you did--just an eager lawyer (himself, I assume). There are unreasonable people in every profession. I hope your lawyer advised you about filing a Workers' Comp. claim for falling in your office building.
