I didn't see this mentioned on the thread... what are your thoughts regarding AJ's fiance breaking up with him? I never liked her. she's really strange! always making inappropriate comments at the dinner table. I bet Tony & Carm are VERY happy she broke it off!

DH and I were discussing this - we think that this will not set up AJ to join in - in Daddy's 'business'
I never liked her either.
The shower scene - I almost threw up!  I was like W T F????
Carmella and the comments - it was MY spec house! Are you kidding me!?!?!?!
She wouldn't be where she was if it wasn't for Tony!!
I definitely feel like Tony is starting to 'lose it'

yea that shower scene even skeeved my DH, who has watched the grossest of movies! LOL
Carm was not wrong though by not letting him gamble the money. Tony has ISSUES bigtime!

I agree that the gambling thing seemed to become a big problem overnight. Although we have seen Tony gamble before (Pie O Mine) he was never out of control. He's never been out of control w/anything, except food.  But maybe that's the point, that he's losing it.
I don't think T had anything to do with Rennata's death.
The Muslims again - I wonder what was going through Tony's mind when he saw them. Will he use them for leverage with the Feds?
I thought the layout of the table at Phil's party was very telling - With Tony off to one side, kind of near the end - New Jersey really is small potatoes compared to NY and Phil's gang.
Overall it was a hard episode to watch - b/c of Vito Jr's insanity and also to see once again someone Tony loved (Hesh) disappoint him.

I find it strange that her eyes were open underneath the sleep mask. If she had died in her sleep, or while she had that mask on, her eyes wouldn't be open.

Not true......all the muscles relax so it is possible that the eyes could be open. Anytime I see people who "just died in their sleep" they are usually staring right back at me!!

I think the opposite. Tony is the one who disappointed Hesch. how can he think it's ok to talk about him in such a way? HE is the one who owed him $200K! and he was his dad's friend. that was very disrespectful of Tony IMO!

I agree with you, but Tony thinks Hesh was rude to him, that Hesh was asking for $$$ too soon, or whatever. I thought Hesh was totally normal in his reaction, and Tony was out of line. In Tony's mind, Hesh is a let-down. Also with the "I drove all the way out here to pick him up..."
