Clothes donation
I put together a few boxes of clothes that I would like to donate. Does anyone have any suggestions where I should donate to??

I'd go with the Salvation Army as well and make sure you get a receipt so that you can claim it on your taxes next year. They won't take it w/out one...

I usually donate to Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
I just left them by the front door and they picked it all up!!

Goodwill in Bellmore. I drop a few bags there every couple of months. get a receipt. Also, the IRS is cracking down on donations so make sure you have the receipt to back up your donations.

St. Mary's. They leave us a note when they're coming & you leave the donation on the porch with the note. They leave you a receipt in the mailbox.
