Has anyone been successfull with hypnosis?
I tried it once to stop smoking and it didn't work. I really want to get over my fear of bugs/insects

yes it did, but the person she used moved out of state, so Im sorry Donna I was supposed to get you the name of the person.

Well its almost too cold out for bugs so that should help if the hyponosis doesnt. Good luck Donna! I love the summer but I hate the bugs that come with it.

I've never used hypnosis but I did start accupuncture and was able to quit smoking 2 days later. I was pretty much a "social" smoker but I haven't even really thought about even having one these past few weeks.

Wow! Good for you! Did they give you needles for it? My acupuncturist put tiny metal balls in my ears that I was supposed to pinch when I had a craving. Obviously, it didn't work
