Wow Jenn!! My friend said it took him two hours to get to work yesterday - that's a total of six miles. Lodi was underwater and they closed 46.

i used to live not too far from there. the news this morning shocked me. those pictures are crazy!

Yep.
We've been pumping water out of our basement every 4 hours for the last two days.
Even people who haven't had water in their basements for 40 years are having flooding issues.
It's a flat out mess here in NJ.
My friend lives in Little Falls and she had to evacuate. She had 4 FEET of water in her basement.

I'm right there too and I just learned my neighborhood is flooded. I live along the Passaic!

They were told the River is supposed to crest sometime today and it's just going to get worse.
I feel so bad for her. She's really worried it's going to hit her first floor and ruin everything.
