They can vary, but for me it was:
feeling bloated & AF-like cramps
excessive saliva
slight nausea
nipples sensitive as anything & a little sore
very heightened sense of smell ( hence the nausea)
fatigue
I forgot RAVENOUS hunger.

Well that's the annoying part. It felt like I was getting AF for almost 2 weeks.

I took the test I though AF was due. I got a BFN. I took the test again several days later & got a BFP. I think I O'ed late (we were not charting).

Well, I'm exactly 4 weeks today. I spotted on monday (dr said implantation) and my nipples are sensative (worse at night) and my breasts are slightly swollen but they dont hurt. Nothing else feels different.
ETA...oh yeah, I'm also VERY thirsty and I pee a lot!!

I alwasy pee alot so that is nothing new for me I get up at least 2 xs during the night allways
I guess I will jsy have to waite it out and see
