Our offer was accepted!!!!
We finally found another house that we loved and put in an offer and it was accepted!!!! So exciting...they accepted our offer about 1 hour after it was made!! They want to close by 3/15!!! Getting the engineer in this week!! Keep your fingers crossed!!!

I wasn't so sure after the last one...but I am glad we did. We had to move quickly on this one because there were already other offers, and we weren't ready to lose another one.
I still love the other house that we lost, but this one was cheaper, in a better school district and has a full finished basement.
My husband is so excited!!!!! That makes me happy!!
