We are officially in contract on a house in Lake Grove!!!! 
Now if only we could sell our co-op!!!!!!

Congrats!! We love Lake Grove!! Where is the house?? Ironically we just lost a bid on a house in Lake grove!!! But we are still looking!!!!

Congratulations on the house, and good luck on selling your co-op! I feel your pain--ours has been on the market forever.
If you want to sell quickly, you may need to lower your price and take a look at what is going on in your area. Your agent may have some info. It does sound as if there is more activity now than there was a few months ago, so hopefully you will find a buyer soon.
