I just ran...
A ten mile race this morning....I don't know what I was thinking with my achilles tendonitis and bursitis in my hip. I am in serious pain now. Well that's it with running until soonest Februrary.
Felt good...but my body is screaming for recovery. It's so hard when you love running .... but I will not be running this spring if I don't take time off now...so Im hanging my sneakers...Im done for a while!!

Take it easy girl!
Try swimming, it is easier on your body, until you are healed and can run again.
