Ive driven past that house - its right on the corner of smithtown blvd - and its very small - I *think* the bedrooms are in the basement.
but- its a great SD and its been on the market FOREVER

actually I'd rather a condo because the bedrooms are in the basement. We checked it out. Honestly if you were to dormer those cheap taxes would go up another 2-3K (I'm very familar with Smithtown Taxes).
