is it around the corner from the oven? Strange. Although my fridge was in the most ridiculous place when we bought our house, before we remodeled - some people are very strange

Look at the floor plan on the virtual tour. It seems to be in the corner of the kitchen.
ETA: If you take the "walk through" of the virtual tour you will see it. (I suspect they don't show it in pictures b/c it's on old yellow one.  )

also they are not offering a dryer. only a washing machine. and no dishwasher!
It looks like it could of been someone trying to flip the house for a profit. a basic remodel and then fast sell
