Are raspberries OK?
I thought I read somewhere that raspberries and blackberries should be avoided, but now I cannot find that. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

In everything I've read it says eat fruit, fruit and more fruit.
But I've never seen anything that said certain fruits should be avoided.
