I need restaurant help!

Next week is my hubbie's bday - I want to take him somewhere nice! The next night we are going out for steaks - so no steak places please...

I would love somewhere romantic, quiet, great food....in queens or nassau.

Erawan on Bell Blvd is supposed to be outstanding. It's Thai.

For Italian, I like Pappazzio on Bell Blvd, Parkside in Corona and my favorite would have to be Ponticello in Astoria.

Both Luigi's and Nick and Maggies on Union Turnpike are nice, quiet restaurants. Nick & Maggies has a lot of steak, but more on the menu than a traditional steakhouse does. Luigi's is Italian food.
