Someone told me about this website and thought it would be helpful to all of you looking for houses!
It gives you assessed values and the values of other homes in the area!

I found zillow helpful- thanks for posting-
however I find the Zestimates to be way off- the value they say my house is is about $100K more than I paid

I have to agree... My Mom's house sold for almost $200K MORE than the Zillow estimate.

I have to agree... My Mom's house sold for almost $200K MORE than the Zillow estimate.
Same thing with my parents house.
