Your Bedding and Kids...
I just recently bought this silk bedding and now I am rethinking it. Will my
kid(s) ruin it? Should I get something more casual?

Its beautiful!
I don't know...I mean, DS is 11 months old and he is NEVER in our bed, he barely ever is even in our bedroom, so I'd say no at this point.

ooh pretty - where did you find it? my SIL is looking for new bedding. i don't think its a problem - unless DC plays on your bed alot etc...

I didnt buy ultra $$$ bedding b/c we have a cat who likes to sleep on my bed, but also b/c sometimes DS will snuggle with us in the morning.

I have pretty $$$ bedding on our bed and our 2 yr old hasn't touched it. I always take the bed down whenever she hangs in there with us  I say go for it.

I have very expensive bedding. It doesn't get ruined though b/c any time we (DH and I or DD) are in the bed, the good stuff is turned down. We sleep under a down blanket, and just turn the good comforter up and put all the throw pillows on for making the bed -- and then nobody is allowed on it.
